REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

Due to the nature of our products—including skincare, horse care, and supplement items—we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once products have been opened or used. For health and safety reasons, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve your claim promptly.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was made by Made Well Pharmacy.
