Made Well Pharmacy is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping information provided at checkout. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed packages are the responsibility of the customer. Made Well Pharmacy is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated in this Shipping Policy and releases Made Well Pharmacy from liability arising from carrier handling or delivery issues beyond our control.

SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

Made Well Pharmacy is committed to providing prompt and reliable shipping for all orders. Once your order is placed, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that Made Well Pharmacy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.

We currently ship within the United States and may expand to international locations in the future. All products are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Made Well Pharmacy is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
